Sakshi has previously worked with corporates for over 5 years in Business  Development & Marketing across India and Singapore and deeply understands  the complexities and pressures of working professionals trying to balance work,  family and themselves. Being an expat herself, Sakshi has moved 5 cities and 2 countries and deeply understands the complexities that come with major life  changes such as re-location, career transitions, marriage and changing family  dynamics.

Sakshi is transitioning from a successful career as a Sales and Marketing  professional with a strong background in research around consumer behaviour  and psychology to now channeling her expertise into counselling and  psychotherapy. Her choice of transition is driven by a deep passion to  understand human behaviour and cultivate emotional resilience.

Sakshi’s unique blend of skills in effective communication, empathic listening  and understanding of diverse client needs along with the ability to apply well researched evidence based approaches with her clients equips her to support  and guide individuals seeking mental health support, self-discovery, healing and personal growth.

Sakshi is keen to work with adults and couples. Her therapeutic approach is  integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs and personality. She draws  from diverse therapeutic approaches that include Person-Centred Therapy,  Psychodynamic insights, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused-Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. She works  closely with her clients to help them build self-awareness, coping strategies and  emotional regulation, improve relationships and communication, support growth  and meaning-making and facilitate healing and trauma processing.

Sakshi is originally from India, previously lived in Germany for completing her Masters and has been residing with her husband in Singapore for over 7 years  now. She is a loving pet parent to a goofy little corgi and loves to paint, read and  cafe hop, trying out new coffee blends in some of the cosiest cafes in town during  her leisure time.
