What is Anger/Aggression Management?
Anger is a universal normal emotion experienced by everyone at different times. It serves as a built-in response to threat, preparing us for self-protection. However, the key is how we express and manage this emotion, in instances where anger is inappropriately expressed, this can turn into verbal or physical aggression towards the self or others.

How can we help?
Effectively managing anger and aggression issues involves a focused therapeutic approach such as Behavioural Therapy (BT), or Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Our therapists utilise behaviour modification techniques, anger management and emotion recognition skills By incorporating behaviour modification techniques, anger recognition and management strategies, as well as cognitive restructuring, to guide our therapists empower children to navigate and respond to their emotions in healthier ways.
