Kristy is a Clinic Support Staff at Thrive Psychology Clinic.
Kristy joins Thrive Psychology Clinic as an intern, bringing over five years of dedicated experience in child-facing roles, private tutoring, and community-based developmental support.
A high-achieving Psychology Honours graduate, her academic thesis focused on Singapore's youth mental health discourse. Kristy has a deep passion for early intervention and has experience creating adaptive, sensory-friendly environments tailored to children with unique executive functioning and developmental needs. Driven by compassion, patience, and a growth-oriented mindset, she focuses on building a safe, encouraging and supportive space where individuals feel truly heard and accepted for who they are.
At Thrive, she looks forward to leveraging her background in behavioral observation and localized research to learn from the team, while supporting their mission of delivering holistic, evidence-based care that empowers young clients and their families.
