With a solid foundation in Psychology from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and active involvement in mental health volunteering, Cheyanne possesses a profound understanding of the intricate aspects of human cognition and therapeutic methodologies. Her engagement is underscored by a deep-seated empathy for others. In her practice, Cheyanne adopts a compassionate, person-centric approach to therapy, firmly believing in the significance of cultivating a warm, supportive, and accepting environment to guide youths in realizing their fullest potential.

She draws upon a diverse range of modalities, including Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA), Behavioural Therapy (BT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, to facilitate positive adjustments in young individuals.
